Followed Ms. Winfrey on her 8-city, national tour across the United States. Produced and executed “O-Town,” a 60,000 sq-ft outdoor village comprised of over 10 furnished tent-structures with multiple key sponsor activations for show attendees and VIPs. Each city spanned a single week including travel, load in, setup, 3 show days and strike. Negotiated vendors’ contracts, performed site surveys, managed a team of 12 zone managers and updated all schedules, budgets and production paperwork accordingly.
