Tasked to design, fabricate and execute on-site activations and programs for the NFL’s Entertainment Marketing and Consumer Products Divisions at Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco, CA. Managed multiple installs in separate venues throughout San Francisco. Coordinated all production schedules, insurance, operations, transportation, talent, PAs and on-site union labor. Ensured all production deadlines were being maintained and that the Client’s expectations were met with above and beyond results. Activations and programs included: CFDA Designer Football Auction, NFL Super Bowl Halftime Retrospective, San Francisco 49ers and Oakland Raiders Women’s VIP Event and the Off the Field Foundation’s Fashion Show at NFL Shop.
